After graduating from Westbrook High School, Westbrook, Maine in 1978, and fast forward to today, I have spent my entire career helping people in various service industries.  

 

Always, my main concern is ask questions, listen and ask more questions, then listen again.  Only then will I be prepared to really understand, care, and assist others, working to help them in a brief moment, for an instance, ... or, over time.

 

A goal, a task, or a challenge taken on another's behalf should be lead with careful thought, without judgement and using accomplished listening skills will always lead to a sucessful outcome.   

 

 

CAREER

 

I started my long career back in the early 80's working for Marriott Corporation in Food Service Management, and after five years, and having worked for clients such as State Street Bank in Quincy, Federal Reserve Bank in Boston and Bently College in Waltham, I went on to work in corporate travel and for 17 years my passion was helping Business Clients as a Business Travel Consultant and Manager for various companies like Crimson Travel, American Express, Thomas Cooke, Bain & Company, Cadence Design Systems, and Kronos, and then on to my experience in Residential Real Estate writing Mortgages for residential customers with First New England Mortgage back in 2001-2004.

 

NOW & THE FUTURE

 

I am balancing my time independently in two specific fields Merchant Services for Small Business.  I help business owners with customer loyalty with Capital Bankcard the only reseller of CAYAN™ The Payments Possibilities Company™ and, the Genius Platform™, and Harbortouch POS - The Point of Sale that is revolutionizing businesses.

 

I also give Independent Life Insurance policy assistance, and administration, currently licensed in the State of New Hampshire, Maine & Massachusetts
